At Pediment Publishing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and securely pack them using the original shipping materials if possible.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
