The Republican is pleased to be partnering with the Eastern States Exposition to produce an heirloom-quality, hardcover, pictorial book to commemorate the Big E’s 100th anniversary.
The book is part of our Heritage Series and highlights the rich history of the Exposition from its founding by Joshua L. Brooks, through the decades with important highlights including the creation of Storrowton Village, the Storrowton Music Tent, hockey in the fabled Coliseum, horse and automobile racing, notable entertainers, natural disasters that befell the grounds, forgotten attractions like the Skyride, unique exhibits, a presidential visit and much more.
